| Do Hyung Kim Position: President & CEO / Director Mr. Do Hyung Kim joined Dong Won in 2006 and has led NMC project from corporate structuring and financing to listing to Toronto Venture Exchange. He has been in charge of sales and corporate strategy of Dong Won, and restructured its ocean sand business division from operating loss to operating profit within a quarter. Before he joined Dong Won, Mr. Kim advised various major global companies and investors as President and CEO of Kim & Company, and taught at Korea University. He started his business career at Merrill Lynch with a Masters degree from Columbia University. Mr. Kim is a director of the Korean Society for Geosystem Engineering. | |
| Yoo Sup Han Position: Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer/President of NMC Inc. Mr. Yoo Sup Han started his career in 1976 with Dong Won Corporation ("Dong Won") where he went on to become the youngest mine manager in Dong Won's history. While Mr. Han was a junior engineer at Dong Won, he undertook training in Germany and installed the first vertical shaft in Korean mining history. From 1995 to 2005, Mr. Han served as manager of Dong Won's coal mine and supervised over 4,000 employees, while assuming active leadership roles in various corporation departments such as planning, mining and construction. From 2006 to early 2008, Mr. Han managed Handuck iron ore mine located in South Korea. Mr. Han previously served as Vice Chairman of Kangwon Business Association, and currently serves as Vice President of Dong Won and CEO of Dong Won Resource Corporation ("Dong Won Resource"). | |
| Bruce Durham Position: Director and QP Mr. Bruce Durham has more than 30 years of experience with mineral exploration. Mr. Durham has held various positions with mining companies and has extensively worked with companies exploring across Canada, USA and Africa. Prior to joining NMC, Mr. Durham served as President of Canadian Royalties Inc. ("Canadian Royalties"). Mr. Durham has been involved in the discovery or definition of several significant mineral deposits, including: the David Bell Mine (Hemlo), the Golden Giant Mine (Hemlo), the Redstone Nickel Mine (Timmins) and the Bell Creek Mine (Timmins). Mr. Durham currently serves as Executive-Chairman of Temex Resources Corp. Mr. Durham is a Qualified Person of NMC as that term is defined in National Instrument 43-101. | |
| James (Jim) Currie Position: Director Mr. James (Jim) Currie is a mining engineer with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry, including projects in North and South America, Asia and Africa. Mr. Currie was previously the Vice President of Operations for Miramar Mining Corp. ("Miramar") responsible for the development of Miramar's 10 million ounce gold resource at Hope Bay in the Canadian Arctic. Prior to that, Mr. Currie served as General Manager of Mauritanian Copper Mines SA. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of New Gold Inc. | |
| Paul Matysek Position: Director Mr. Matysek has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry and is an experienced professional geochemist and geologist with a Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Geology from the University of Toronto and British Columbia respectively. Mr. Matysek has held senior management and/or director positions with several mining and development companies including First Majestic Silver Corp, Uranium One Inc., Nevada Copper Corp., Potash One Inc., Energy Metals Corp. and Forsys Metal Corp. Mr. Matysek is currently serving as CEO of Lithium One Inc. Mr. Matysek is a recognized company builder and a proven wealth creator; most recently holding the position of Founder, President and CEO of Potash One Inc. In January 2011, Potash One Inc. completed a friendly takeover by the K+S Group of Germany for $4.50 per share in a $434 million transaction. In November 2011, K+S Group committed $3.25 billion for the development of the Legacy potash project acquired in the takeover. Prior to joining Potash One Inc., Mr. Matysek was President and CEO of Energy Metals Corp., a premier uranium company traded on the New York Stock and Toronto Stock Exchanges. Energy Metals Corp. became one of the fastest growing companies in Canada during 2004 through 2007, from a market capitalization of only $10 million in 2004 to approximately $1.5 billion when a uranium producer acquired it in 2007. | |

| Tristin R. Lee Position: Corporate Secretary Ms. Tristin R. Lee practiced law with a major Vancouver law firm specializing in securities and corporate finance. Ms. Lee is the principal of TRL Law Corporation and advises both public and private companies on various matters, including: initial public offerings, public and private equity and debt financing, capital pool companies, stock exchange listings, continuous disclosure, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Ms. Lee was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2006 after graduating from the University of British Columbia Law School. She also holds a Bachelors degree with majors in Political Science and Psychology from the University of British Columbia. | |
| Robert S. Middleton Position: QP Mr. Robert S. Middleton graduated from Michigan Technological University with a degree in Geophysics. He worked with the Ontario Department of Mines from 1969 to 1971 as their first staff geophysicist. From 1971 to 1974, Mr. Middleton served as Manager of Airborne Operations of Barringer Research Ltd. He was Exploration Manager and Vice President of Exploration for Rosario Resources from 1974 to 1980. He was Exploration Manager for Eastern Canada from 1981 to 1983. Since 1983, Mr. Middleton has been an exploration consultant of many major and junior mining Companies. Mr. Middleton is a Qualified Person of NMC as that term is defined in National Instrument 43-101, and is the author of the report on NMC Moland Mine that was filed with the TSX.V in 2009. |
